A 25-year meetings and hospitality veteran, Mike has led and managed sales and marketing at some of the world’s premier lodging companies (Marriott International, Wyndham Resorts, Gaylord Hotels). He has put that experience to use to build the groundbreaking Zentila strategic sourcing solution.
Mike’s mission for Zentila is to help meeting planners and hotels find the easiest path to meaningful connections. The platform gives companies a clear picture of their meeting spend, while enabling planners to source and book meetings in just a few days instead of a few weeks. The result? Companies save money. Hotels close more bookings. Planners save time, with far fewer headaches.
A longtime industry leader, Mike has served on the Board of Directors of ASAE and the Center for Association Leadership. He has also been a member of the ASAE Meetings & Events Council and the MPI Marketing Committee as well as chair of ORAC (Osceola Resort Area Council) in Central Florida.
When Mike isn’t creating new ways for companies to manage their meeting spend, he has his most Zen moments with his wife and four daughters on Little Gasparilla Island off the West Coast of Florida.
Tom has deep roots in the technology and startup worlds. He has spent his career building companies by taking innovative technologies from concept to design to deployment.
The 30-year industry veteran served as vice president of engineering/chief technology officer at Orlando, Florida-based Alinean. Tom led the team that was responsible for bringing to fruition the company’s vision for a value-focused sales and marketing solution. Today, Alinean tools are used by businesses worldwide, including many Fortune 200 companies. Tom also held executive positions at Electronic Arts, Euronet Worldwide and Computer Sciences Corp. He began his career as a software developer at New York-based Select Ticketing Systems, as part of a team that grew the company from startup to #57 on the Inc. 500 List in just six years.
Tom is glad to be back now in the start-up world. When not at Zentila, he enjoys time with his family. On weekends, he trades tech scrums for rugby scrums, building rugby in Central Florida through the Orlando Rugby Football Club and the Orlando Griffins Foundation.

Clients and colleagues describe Brad as a visionary leader with endless energy and enthusiasm. He brings all that to Zentila plus a 30-year track record of exceeding business goals at world-leading incentive and travel companies.
Brad’s career spans the airline supplier and meeting/incentive buyer side of the event industry. He held leadership positions at Maritz Travel Company, from heading up the company’s purchasing function to ultimately leading sales and operations for the Eastern and Western United States regions. Later, Brad served as president and chief operating officer at Creative Group, Inc. He helped double revenue and grow employee engagement and customer satisfaction and retention. Under his direction, the agency was honored with the Deloitte & Touche Innovative People Programs Award, recognized as Wisconsin’s No. 1 privately held company for employee programs and accomplishments in innovation and globalization.
At Zentila, Brad directs overall operations and brings a depth of experience in the third-party world, an asset to illuminate3P, the company’s breakthrough solution for third-party planners. He understands the third parties’ challenges of growing their business efficiently in a highly competitive and rapidly changing business environment. Brad says, “The beauty of Zentila is it helps simplify a complex world.”
Among his distinctions, Brad is one of 50 incentive travel professionals worldwide to earn the Certified Incentive & Travel Executive (CITE) designation. He is also a recipient of SABRE Travel Network’s Peak of Excellence Award for exemplary leadership with a focus on customer service. Outside work, Brad loves spending time with his family, playing golf and tennis, and doting on the newest member of the Langley clan – his beautiful, one-year-old granddaughter.
