So You're Interested in a Career with Zentila ...

What’s a Zentila anyway?

Did you know that 1/3 of all travel today has yet to find its way online? That’s right. We’re talking about the massive $45 billion meetings and conventions market and yes, it’s all booked the old fashioned way – offline using phones, faxes, and spreadsheets. We think that’s so Flock of Seagulls. So we’re out to change the world of meetings forever. Zentila is a web solution for corporate meeting planners and hotels to connect and easily book meetings and conventions, all online, saving boat-loads of time and money. And Zentila’s company solution, Enlightenment, takes all of that great meeting data and puts all within reach for companies to better understand their overall meetings spend (SMMP). It’s game-changing. Heck, it’s Zentila.

Who is Zentila?

At our core we’re a bunch of very passionate people who know that there’s great pain in the world of meetings and conventions and believe that we can make a big difference to the people who are on the front lines of meetings – meeting planners and hotels sales people. So who are we? We’re the kind of people you’d meet once and hope you never see again. Ha! Just kidding. We think you’ll love working with our awesome group of Zensters!.

What you can expect from us

First, we’ll love hearing about all of your wild ideas -- no matter how wild. Second, you can wear flip-flops. No really, you can. Third, we promise you’ll never work as hard and have as much fun doing it. Lastly, we’ve got a great benefits package (including a monthly massage - zeriously). And best of all, each position will come with Zentila equity. Also, know that we’re early in the life of our little company so there’s a little risk involved in joining us (please check out this website as a primer www.workingforwonka.com). The good news is that you’ll be joining on the ground floor. That means playing a key role in changing the hospitality industry and sharing in the overall growth of Zentila.
