Executive Chef Keith Geter presents an all-day restaurant concept serving elevated casual American fare using local products, line-caught fish and seasonal produce. Offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and 24-hour room service. The Rooftop at ROSE HILL is on the 11th floor, and is exclusively for hotel guests. Open at 4pm daily, weather permitting.
