What’s New

Coming soon, hotel rooms will be fully renovated with beautiful, modern features by February 2016 and the conference center’s new 15,000 square feet expansion, which includes a new ballroom, will be available in July 2017.

Major Meeting Facilities

Your guests will be comfortable in any of the meeting rooms and immediately connected through the high-tech features and complimentary wireless Internet access. Meeting planners have a variety of options in the 40,000 square feet conference center. Thirty-seven conference rooms range from a flexible 1,100-seat ballroom and a 300-seat multimedia theater to tiered and traditional rooms. A new ballroom coming in July 2017 will expand the meeting space to 70,000 square feet. The Center offers complimentary and fast wireless Internet access and the latest technology, such as high-definition projectors and web-casting capabilities, to enrich communications and learning throughout.

Unique Group Venues

A 5-star meeting experience doesn’t end in the conference center. Guests will enjoy the convenience of the conjoined hotel and the comfort of the thoughtfully decorated guest rooms. If a guest chooses to stay connected, hotel rooms are also equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and the latest technology, including in-room iPads to help them discover more about Austin. The hotel rooms are undergoing a full renovation and the new, modern rooms will be complete by February 2016.

Guests will savor every moment of their stay with exceptional dining options. The culinary team is passionate about using local ingredients to create memorable dishes. Guests can enjoy a refined dining experience at The Carillon, rated one of the top restaurants in Austin by food critics; enjoy a more casual meal at Gabriel’s, the cafe and sports bar; or grab a quick breakfast taco and coffee at One Twenty 5 Café, the friendly coffee shop. Cuisine in the outlets and for conferee dining is fresh, well prepared and highly rated by guests. Meeting planners have many cuisine options that will energize and re-charge attendees.
