•          Fort Wayne is 15% more affordable in expenses across the board than you will find in other major cities.
•          Several new conferences relocated to Fort Wayne:  We hear over and over again how easy it is to work with our city.  All partners come together to offer the best bid possible considering all of the needs of the potential client.
•          Our corridor spaces are filled with natural light as we have floor to ceiling windows on one side of the building that shows off our beautiful terrazzo flooring.  Clients have always commented how they don’t feel like they are in a convention center because of all the natural lighting. 
•          The Grand Wayne Center can serve as the in-house general contractor/decorator for exhibitors.  We have the ability to do this for 265 exhibitors.  Our pricing can be much more affordable versus having a contractor travel.
•          We have added a new Guest Experience Manager to enhance our events.  This person will engage with the planner, staff, community partners and guests in creating an experience unique to each group. The role focuses on event attendees, ensuring their safety and satisfaction, from customized guest evacuation policies to personalized digital signage.

For your dining requirements we can serve up to 3,000 guests in a single sitting. Our flexible space is individually climate and lighting controlled, assuring your guests maximum comfort. We offer an amazing variety of presentation and event technology to help create nearly any effect, atmosphere, or audio-visual message.
