Eleven-story Landmark Hotel in the heart of shopping & business district. Skywalk access to many restaurants and Des Moines attractions. The hotel was built in 1919 and has just undergone a complete top-to-bottom renovation and plan to open in August 2021. The remodel kept the historic charm while giving the hotel a modern twist to appeal to today's travelers. We have four unique food and beverage outlets in the hotel including a fine dining restaurant, a coffee & wine bar, a kitchen with world street food, and our basement speakeasy.
