A meeting held at Hyatt Place BWI provides many value-added amenities to make your meeting, event or stay....seamless. 

Meeting Place One and Two is a total of 1170SF and this space is perfect for a classroom set-up of 50 or theater style set-up for 90.  Small groups are also welcome and find our smaller meeting options to be both comfortable and a great value.  No matter what your size, complimentary Wifi, paper, pens and water is included and we offer a choice of creative menu options to suite a variety of tastes, diets and budgets.  

Hyatt Place BWI includes free parking a shuttle which will pick up and deliver your attendee's within a 3 mile radius of the hotel (including BWI Airport, Train Station and Light Rail). If some of your attendee's plan to spend the night (and we hope they do) we can set up a room block and provide a shareable booking link. 

Our large studio style rooms are newly updated and offer superior workspace, Hyatt Grand Beds, Cozy Corner Sleeper Sofa's, 42" flat screen televisions and refrigerators (microwaves can also be requested).   Best of all, we want our overnight guests to be ready for the day, so we provide a complimentary hot breakfast daily.
