Thank you for giving us the opportunity to bid on your program. We have space available to accommodate your travelers, and invite you to enjoy our good old fashioned southern style Hilton hospitality. We are only 10 minutes north of Orlando International Airport with complimentary hotel shuttle transfers to and from the airport. We also offer individual transfers within a 1 mile radius of the hotel. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes from 5:30AM-10PM, and every 30 minutes from 10PM-5:30AM and runs 7 days a week.
We are an ideal location with access to multiple restaurants within easy walking distance (or by our free shuttle).

I just wanted to thank you and your group for your hospitality during our visit to your hotel. Everyone seemed to enjoy their stay, and we will definitely work with you on future engagements. The only thing that I can give feedback on was an issue or two with noise, rain noise, etc. in the meeting room (which Deborah so graciously is taking care of). If you would be so kind as to get our completed invoice to me today as I will need to expense it for week end, I would greatly appreciate it.
A great big thank you to all the people who helped also, Michelle, those being Deborah, Kallay and Dorie. I appreciate everyone’s help and assistance to make this a very successful event/meeting for NexTec.

THANK YOU for managing a wonderful, flawless event for $%# at the DoubleTree last week! It was a pleasure to work with your team, they were professional, upbeat, able to make any needed adjustments on the fly and do it all with a smile. We especially enjoyed working with Don Anthony who saw to our every need and was creative along the way to make sure everything worked out perfectly. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Peter was excellent as well. Although we were introduced to him as the F&B Director, he helped resolve any issues we put in front of him, including AV issues! The young AV assistant (I can’t remember his name) was very helpful as well.
The food was delicious and always ready for our team. Between Peter and Chef Lisa, they were able to take care of all 75 of us, which was no easy job. They covered two special food allergies they knew about up front, plus two vegetarians who let us know they were vegetarians as they began to line up for the first luncheon buffet.
We can’t say enough about working with the two of you. You were able to pull together the space and food requirements in about one week. You made our job and decision making very easy as we tried to pull together the full three day conference. Your professionalism allowed us to focus on the material for our conference as you had the conference room, breakout session rooms as well as the food covered. We thank you for helping us pull off a very difficult task so successfully!

I hope this note finds you well. I wanted to officially send a note of thanks to the entire staff of DoubleTree Orlando Airport for your efforts in making our partner conference a true success. We host the event every other year, so impressions stick around longer than most. I have heard nothing but exceptional praise for this year’s conference, and as I tell everyone I speak with, the event was truly a result of the excellent staff at the DoubleTree. Without your team, none of what we accomplished last week would have been possible. For that, I am grateful to you and the rest of the team. I would specifically like to call out the following individuals for their excellent work. They deserve all the praise and recognition my simple words can provide.
? I will start with you, since as in all things, “stuff” rolls downhill. I was extremely impressed by your willingness to jump in and get your hands dirty while I was shrink wrapping the pallets. It is obvious where your team gets their dedication to customer service.
? Michelle Wood – and excellent sales manager that originally brought me to the property. She was on time with everything I asked, and delivered everything she committed to. That’s hard to find these days, and I appreciate her efforts.
? Deborah Devine – she was my rock during a hectic week for me personally. Her smile, attentiveness, and willingness to deliver (not just do) whatever we needed to be successful were just unbelievable. Whenever I wanted to jump off the roof, she calmed me down; assured me things were going just fine, and then offered a bit of wit to pick up my spirits. She did a fantastic job monitoring all things LOC, and I could not have made it without her efforts.
? Peter Tinelli & Team – Peter and his team were dedicated and unflappable. I couldn’t believe some of the stuff they pulled off, and more importantly put up with. Every one of the guys busted their butts, and I would love to buy them all a Budweiser some time.
? Don Anthony – last but certainly not least, my main man Don. I tell you what, I have worked in customer service roles for over 20 years. I have never met anyone better at serving customers than Don. He is an inspiration. I am not sure if your management team realizes the quality of individual you have in Don. He’s one in a million. To see a man get pulled in so many directions, get asked so many things, have to interact with so many other team members to deliver, then deliver whatever it was; all without flinching or becoming the least bit frustrated was practically Superman like. He probably does have an “S” on his chest. For sure, he could teach customer service at any university, and for sure any business. I will unquestionably always endorse this man as the best I have ever seen. I hope our paths cross again someday.

Michelle, Thank you for hosting our meeting. The service at your hotel was very gracious, prompt and attentive. You and Don Anthony went above and beyond for us and kept us very happy. The facilities were also very clean and comfortable. I heard all around good comments. Tasty food too! The two servers at our lunch on Thursday and the bellman who took us to Miller’s Ale House on Wednesday night were excellent as well. I’m sorry that I didn’t jot their names down for you.

I enjoy my stay there. It was quite. The lobby was clean. The hotel was clean, professional and attentive to my needs. I wish the business center was more private. Front desk staff were amazing. Thank you for a quiet stay at The Double Tree. oh the cookies were amazing.

my trip was excellent from time there everyone was nice and very helpful. the rooms were clean. the water was hot.the food was good and warm. the conference rooms was setup nicely. the weather was not great so didn't get to use the pool.

A colleague and I stayed there for one night on business and it was a wonderful comfortable stay. The staff is extremely personable, and had me laughing from the moment I walked in through the door. We had just had a two day drive to Orlando, and they were a breathe of fresh air. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

I was looking for a hotel in this area for a seminar, worked with Ms. Woods and her staff they were very professional and went out of their way anytime I needed anything. Rooms were all clean and the front desk staff were one of the best I have worked with. “Great Meeting and staff”
We just held a meeting here with many needs from shipping in over 80 boxes & extensive electrical. The staff was very accommodating at every turn and very friendly and knowledgeable. Sleeping room was clean and comfortable. Catering food was delicious and a good value. Restaurant a little slow but food was very good. We will definitely go back to this location. Easy to get to and free shuttle from the airport.

Staying at Double Tree hotel by Hilton was a refreshing experience. The hotel rooms are specious and comfortable. The staff members are going out of their way to accommodate any need. We were pampered and taken very good care of. Our working hours were fun, and our free time at the hotel was very pleasant. Highly recommend!

The front desk was very nice and welcomed us. My room was clean and comfortable.
I had left my watch in the room and I forgot about it until I was on the airplane.
Needless to say, I wasn't sure if I'll get it back. I left a message to lost and found. I called as soon as I could and was told they had it! Thanks to a friend, I got my watch today!!!
